mixed feelings on my stay
drainage problem water stagnation
the pool was the biggest one i have seen.
my shower had a drainage problem so water stagnated every time i used it. i told the management three times about it. they just dried the floor, not solving the problem.

Fantastic Stay on the Palm
luxury suite comfortable stay breakfast buffet attentive staff
I had a luxury suite. It was an upgrade I received upon arrival. The room was spacious. It provided a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet had many choices (especially if you like Indian food). The staff were great too prepare special vegan dishes for my travel partner. I appreciate the care and attention.

The location offers great access. The hotel is situated close to water sports activities. I found it easy to relax by the clean sea and quiet beach. There were many nearby options for entertainment.

i stayed in a luxury palm sea view room king bed. the room was immaculate, very spacious, and beautifully decorated. breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh dishes. the hotel facilities are excellent.
