mixed feelings on my stay
biggest pooldrainage problemwater stagnation
the pool was the biggest one i have seen.
my shower had a drainage problem so water stagnated every time i used it. i told the management three times about it. they just dried the floor, not solving the problem.

Fantastic Stay on the Palm

I had a luxury suite. It was an upgrade I received upon arrival. The room was spacious. It provided a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet had many choices (especially if you like Indian food). The staff were great too prepare special vegan dishes for my travel partner. I appreciate the care and attention.
The live counters at the restaurant were sometimes slow. I waited longer than expected for some food items (like dosas). This happened even during non-peak hours. It was a slight inconvenience.

Staff offered exceptionally kind and attentive service during my stay. They addressed all needs with care. Some staff members went above and beyond to accommodate dietary restrictions. Their attentiveness made me feel valued.

The location offers great access. The property is situated close to water sports activities. I found it easy to relax by the clean sea and quiet beach. There were many nearby options for entertainment.

i stayed in a luxury palm sea view room king bed. the room was immaculate, very spacious, and beautifully decorated. breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh dishes. the hotel facilities are excellent.

enjoyable fine diningbuffet breakfastmismanaged systemlong wait
the gym had adequate equipment for a good workout. one of the restaurants served enjoyable fine dining. i found the food complimented the accommodation well. the buffet breakfast accommodated many different tastes and preferences.
the service in the palm kitchen restaurant was disappointing. the live counters for indian food seemed mismanaged. even during non-peak hours it took a very long time for food to arrive after multiple reminders. waiters were not seen serving often.
